Muffuletta Sliders

Ingredients
12 Brookshire’s Freshly Baked Golden Dinner Rolls, split
2 Tbs mayonnaise
2 Tbs whole-grain mustard
8 slices deli ham
16 slices salami
1/4 cup whole black olives, pitted
1/4 cup whole green olives with pimiento
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup pickled giardiniera vegetables
1 clove garlic
12 slices provolone cheese
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard across the bottom halves of rolls.
- Layer with ham and salami.
- In a food processor, add the black olives, green olives, red peppers, pickled vegetables and garlic.
- Pulse several times to finely chop.
- Spread the mixture over the meat.
- Add a folded cheese slice on top of the olive mixture.
- Place top half of roll to finish each slider.
- Stir together the butter, oregano and salt.
- Brush the top of each roll with butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
